Q: Do you allow group rentals or events like weddings?
A: We are perfect for wedding parties, weddings, family reunions and Lake Wateree Group Rentals! We can sleep up to 30 guests (and may allow more for an added fee). Though most of the time families just rent one cottage!

Beautiful Lake Wateree boasts 200+ miles of shoreline and 20+ square miles of clean, safe waterways! We are located less than 1/2 mile from 2029 Baron Dekalb Rd, Camden SC which is Clearwater Cover Marina's location (gas & pontoon rentals).
We are 4 miles or ten minutes from Wateree Marina (largest area marina for boat rentals), upscale lakefront dining at Dock 97 and also our neighborhood, waterfront bar, Bear's Den! We are less than 20 mins to downtown Camden & Lugoff, for Wal-Mart, Starbucks, plenty of upscale dining options, to Chic-fil-A.
Yes, guests who stay with us are in town for various Bass Tournaments, Horse Races/Equine Facility, Dog Shows, Motorsports, there to visit our State Parks and National Forest or just spend time solely on Lake Wateree! Military families $ Gamecock events, too! Plenty to do in and around Camden for a couple nights or a week!
boat docks, a shared boat ramp & H2O-toys
There are THREE boat docks between our FOUR lakehouses and ONE boat ramp, each purposefully, uniquely different with a fire pit and each typically includes 1 kayak & 1 paddle board. However, the water toys are meant to be shared between all four lakehouses, so borrow, but ask first. It works well!
Our section of the lake is typically a beach-entry type lake depending on the water levels. We also overlook two of Wateree's islands you can paddle to! You are in a cove, and no, there are no alligators this far north (Floridians always ask).
Access to a shared boat ramp is literally feet away from you. You are welcome! And we have adequate space to park your trailer.
